    Rosario Sánchez announces that 45% of the Spain Tourism 2030 Strategy is already under way

    The Secretary of State for Tourism has explained the 2030 Strategy as a tool "to remain the best destination to visit while still being the best place in the world to live". Rosario Sánchez has highlighted that the success of tourism "is now measured in terms of quality of life, the coexistence between residents and visitors, the rights for workers and the preservation of the territory." The Tourism Strategy contains concrete measures for tourist destinations, companies, workers, residents and tourists.

    Hereu announces the launch of the new PERTE VEC 5 equivalent to €100M, with possibility of a rise, and the grant of more than €200M of the PERTE VEC 4 in its value chain section

    The PERTE VEC 5, intended for batteries, has been endowed with €100M, with possibility of a rise, and will be governed by the CISAF State aid scheme, which allows a longer period for the execution of projects. The deadline for the submission of applications will be from 7th April until the 13th of the same month. Minister Hereu has also announced the grant of more than € 200M already from PERTE VEC 4 in its value chain section, both in provisional resolution proposal and in final resolution proposal. The Minister of Industry and Tourism also commented that this week new grants of the PERTE of Industrial Decarbonization have been known, in its line 4, which add up to 100 million euros. Highlights include 60 million for Hydnum in Puertollano and 24.6 million for ENCE in Pontes de García.
