First. Written submissions, applications and paper-based communications from the persons and entities referred to in the article 14.2 of law 39/2015 may not be admitted or collected in the records of this Ministry.

Second. In the event that any natural or legal person referred to in the aforementioned article presents a request, writing or documentation in paper format, either in person or by postal mail, you will be informed that the presentation must be made through electronic means. In this case, the filing date will be considered as the date on which the presentation has been made by such electronic means, in accordance with the provisions of the article 68.4 of the law 39/2015. Such writings should be submitted on the web from Electronic Record.

Third. For the case of submission of written submissions, requests and paper-based communications by natural persons acting as a “representative” and not included in any of the cases of the article 14.2 of the law 39/2015, the accreditation of representation by means valid in law (power of attorney and representative) will be required for admission.
