The Complaints and Suggestions procedure is applicable exclusively to the expressions of dissatisfaction of the citizens with the services provided by the Ministry of Industry and Tourism.

Citizens' Complaints and Suggestions will be formulated indicating name, surnames and the way in which you want communications to be made, with the necessary data to carry them out (address, mail address, etc. ), and must be signed.

You can fill in the following form, print it and present it in the General Registry, in any other registry of the Administration, in the post offices and in any of the places specified in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of 1 October, of the Common Administrative Procedure of the Public Administrations.
Art. 19 of Royal Decree 951/2005, of 29 July, establishing the general framework for the improvement of quality in the General Administration of the State. The complaints made in accordance with the provisions of this royal decree will not, in any case, have the qualification of administrative appeal nor its presentation will interrupt the deadlines established in the current regulations. These complaints do not in any way condition the exercise of the remaining actions or rights that, in accordance with the regulatory regulations of each procedure, may be exercised by those who consider themselves interested in the procedure.
