Miguel Sebastián highlights the good relationship between Spain and China
VII Global China Business Meeting
The minister announced he will travel to China next week to strengthen relations with this Asian country.
'It is a good idea to present Spanish products and companies; we want to keep increasing exports and for more Chinese tourists to come to Spain,' Sebastián said.
Spain will welcome 100,000 Chinese tourists in 2011 and hopes to reach a million in 2020.
El ministro de Industria, Turismo y Comercio, Miguel Sebastián, acudió a Valencia al séptimo foro China Global Business Meeting, donde se han reunido representantes de este país con empresarios con intereses en el gigante asiático.
Durante su intervención, Sebastián anunció su próximo viaje a China para reforzar las relaciones comerciales e industriales entre ambos países. Tras destacar la amistad existente entre España y China, Miguel Sebastián no olvidó la actuación del gigante asiático en estos últimos meses en relación a la deuda.
El ministro de Industria destacó algunos sectores en los que ambos países están colaborando, como en las energías renovables o el sector de los vehículos eléctricos. Por último reveló datos como que España recibirá 100.000 turistas chinos en 2011 con el objetivo de llegar al millón en 2020.
