Aid for the purchase of vehicles

Who is?

Citizens who have lost their vehicle as a result of the DANA. Aid is for passenger cars, vans or light commercial vehicles and motorcycles.

What is the strength of the Plan Restart + Car?
Staffingeur 465 millionsupported that go up€10,000 per vehicle.
What sums targeted?

Concecidas aid will be along the following classifications:

  • New vehicles with ZERO label: €10,000.
  • New vehicles with ECO label or C: €5,000.
  • Second-hand vehicles with ZERO label: 4,000 euros.
  • Second-hand vehicles with ECO label or C: 2,000 euros.
  • The vehicles for disabled people will have extra aid to over eur 1 000 and 500 euros in the three-wheel motorcycles.
  • Aid for motorcycles vrían from 2,000 euros and 500 euros depending on new or second hand and its green rating.
Applications

Calls for assistance will be carried out in the point of sale acceded to the Plan.

The deadline for applications is until 30 june 2025.

RESET + PLAN

Measures to facilitate the access of smes in the areas affected by DANA to funds and financing, with agility and concessional terms, so that they can cope with the renewal of machinery, equipment and facilities.

What is the strength of the Plan Restart +?
Initial strength of 1,200 million euros.

Lines of action:

Funding mechanism DANA Smeswithin the fund of enterprise and a small and medium-sized enterprises of ENISA (FEPYME)
  • Target audience: Small and medium-sized enterprises affected by DANA.
  • Objective: to Finance investment in fixed assets.
  • Amount: eur 350 million (50 million and $300 million grant loans).
  • WHO MANAGES: ENISA.
Support fund Productive Industrial Investment(FAIIP)
  • Target audience: Industrial enterprises in the affected areas or new industrial investment projects in areas affected by DANA.
  • Objective: to stimulate productive investment and promote job creation.
  • AMOUNT: eur 1.65 billion in loans up to 10 years to 0% and 3-year period.
  • WHO MANAGES SEPIDES:
Funding line FOCIT ICO-Turismo
  • Target audience: Tourism companies.
  • Objective: to Reactivation of the activity and drive for modernization, competitiveness and resilience of the sector in the affected areas.
  • AMOUNT: eur 200 million in loans to zero rate.
  • WHO MANAGES: ICO

Reset + Plan

  • Measures to facilitate the access of smes in the areas affected by DANA to funds and financing, with agility and concessional terms, so that they can cope with the renewal of machinery, equipment and facilities.
  • With an initial strength of 1,200 million euros
  • Includes several lines of action

Funding mechanism DANA Smeswithin the fund of enterprise and a small and medium-sized enterprises of ENISA (FEPYME)

  • Initial budget: eur 350 million (50 million and $300 million grant loans).
  • Target audience: small and medium-sized enterprises affected by DANA.
  • Features: financing non-refundable in the affected territories.

Support fund Productive Industrial Investment (FAIIP)

  • 650 million euros for zero-interest loans for industrial investment projects in areas affected by DANA, with a view to stimulate productive investment and promote job creation.

Funding line FOCIT ICO-Turismo:

  • eur 200 million for the tourism companies.
  • Will be zero-interest loans to revitalization and modernization of the tourism sector in the affected areas.

Extraordinary line for Digital Capacities

  • Support for recovery and improvement of digital capabilities of tourism enterprises concerned.
  • Objective: to facilitate the technological upgrade and strengthen the competitiveness of the tourism sector affected by flooding.

Reset Auto + Plan

  • Go 465 million euros for the purchase of vehicles by citizens who have lost yours as a result of the DANA with direct aid of up to 10,000 euros that will not have to return under any circumstances.
  • In addition to the awards of compensation Consortium.

Two sections:

  • Section ‘ Zero ’, for the purchase of vehicles with label 0.
  • Section ‘ echo/C ’, for vehicles with ECO and distinctive V.

Features of the plan:

  • For new vehicles, acquired and registered in spain since 30 october 2024 (inclusive).
  • For new vehicles that are owned by a dealer and enrolled in Spain dated subsequent to 30 october 2021.

Aid is for passenger cars, vans or light commercial vehicles and motorcycles.

Calls for assistance will be carried out in the point of sale acceded to the Plan.
