This mechanism seeks to restore the local economy of the areas affected by depression Isolated at high levels (DANA) in different municipalities which took place from 28 october and on 4 november 2024, by supporting new industrial projects of investment. The mechanism provides for the granting of loans for investment of assets related to the creation of new facilities, expansion of existing establishments, diversification of production, transformation of the global process of production, acquisition of assets belonging to an establishment which has shut down or closed if there had been acquired.
Industrial enterprises of municipalities affected by the DANA, defined in theannex to the RD law 06/2024, or those that go to making further industrial investment in this area.
The Plan Restart + FAIIP DANA is endowed with €650 million.
Loans for a period of up to ten years, an interest rate of zero per cent and with periods of lack of up to three years.
