Other measures

Extension of implementation deadlines:

  • The deadline for implementing investments linked to the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan in the industrial and tourism sectors has been extended to August 2026.
  • This includes aid from PERTE programmes and other funding streams linked to European funds.

Moratorium on industrial loans:

  • An automatic 24-month moratorium on loan repayments under industrial programmes for entities in areas affected by the DANA.

Exemption from obligations regarding subsidised equipment:

  • For energy-intensive consumers in the affected areas who are recipients of aid, a six-month exemption from the requirement to submit monthly consumption forecasts to the system operator.
  • These companies will also have an additional 12 months to prove that they have a long-term energy supply contract with at least 10% from renewable sources.

Extension of deadlines for justifying payments to suppliers:

  • Beneficiaries of aid from the Ministry of Industry and Tourism and its agencies will have up to 18 months from the date of the grant decision to prove that they are up to date with payments to suppliers.

Extension of metrology and industrial safety certifications:

  • Automatic extension of certain certifications in these areas until 1 November 2025.

Exemption from fees for industrial property applications:

  • Exemption from fees for individuals or businesses affected by the floods when filing industrial property applications.
